Kathy Ventrice
Office Manager
My name is Kathy Ventrice. I have called this beautiful city my home for the last 42 years. During those 42 years, I have been fortunate enough to have met a very amazing and talented woman I call my best friend, Allison, but you all know her as Dr. Egg! We went to elementary, middle, and high school together, but then we went our separate ways for college. Yes, we stayed best friends! I graduated from UNCC with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Economics.
Enjoy traveling, the beach, puzzles, and spending time with my 3 beautiful daughters: Ava, Sophia, and Juliana!
I have been with Dr.Egg since she opened the doors, and I have enjoyed watching so many of our patients grow throughout the years!
Jaime Jacobs

Hi everyone, my name is Jaime Jacobs. I am not from one place in particular, as I grew up in a military family and we moved all around. However, I have called Hampstead home for 29 years. I graduated from CFCC in 1996 and have been a Dental Assistant for 29 years.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my husband and 3 grown children. I am a true animal lover and have lots of fur babies that keep me very busy.
love being able to call Dr. Egg my work family and look forward to taking care of all of the children in the Dr. Egg practice for many years to come.
Meg Ramsey
Dental Assistant
Hey everyone...My name is Meg Ramsey. I was born in upstate NY, but have lived here in the small town of Burgaw since I was 3, and love everything about it! I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have two beautiful daughters, Brylee Sue (9yrs) and Anna Grace (2yrs). We love hanging out at the beach, on the river, serving at our church, and spending time with our friends and family!
I played volleyball at Cape Fear Community College while obtaining my Associate in Arts degree. In 2015, I completed the Dental Assisting program, also at Cape Fear. After graduating from the Dental Assisting program, I began working in general dentistry until I was lucky enough to come to work for Dr. Egg in 2018. I am currently taking classes again at CFCC and plan to become a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2027. I have loved every minute of working at a Pediatric Dental office, especially working for Dr. Egg! She is the most down-to-earth person who will care for your children as she does her own!

Melissa White Davis
Dental Assistant
Hello everyone! My name is Melissa White Davis... I was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, and currently reside in Hampstead. I am a graduate of CFCC class of 1996. I have 29 years of Dental Assisting experience, with 21 of those being in pediatrics.
I joined Dr. Eggs team in 2015 and have enjoyed every minute here.
At home, I have 2 sweet Boston Terriers that keep me very busy. All of my children are young adults now and have flown the coup.... 2 are at ECU and 1 is learning culinary skills.
I truly love working for Dr. Egg and look forward to many more years of fun. Meeting all the families at this practice has been a joy!
Larissa Diaz
Hi everyone! My name is Larissa Diaz, and I was born and raised in Duplin County, NC, in a small town called Magnolia.
I am a recent graduate of CFCC class of 2025 and recently joined Dr. Eggs team.
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and love going to the beach on my off days. I have a small dog named Benji who likes to keep me on my toes with his big personality.
I really love being a part of Dr. Eggs team and look forward to many opportunities here!
